“Nullpunkt” is a reference point for the human body. To enable us to determine directions, sides or forces.
It is he who constitutes our physicality in the world. The body is also an area of my observation.
I am interested in its materiality and movement possibilities as part of a visual vocabulary that can approach
all issues related to space, time and rhythm.
As a visual artist, I am aware of the mimetic nature of the tool of everyone who uses it. In this way, photography
and film create a kind of testimony about the world. Recording reality with a camera allows us not only to
commemorate, but also to see. In the project prepared for the "Nullpunkt" exhibition, he tries to create a system
on the credibility of visual delivery in the modern world.

The title of the exhibition "Nullpunkt" is also a source of zero for the viewer. The beginning of the game, a kind of START.
In the first space, the viewer is confronted with 24 drawings and becomes involved in the visual score. This board is
a symbolic record for all (ten) organizations for 3 players. Deciding on this type of recording, I had to find a visual "unit"
for the entire system. I chose a point because it is the subject of every painting. It is the equivalent of a grain/pixel in
photography, as well as the beginning of any drawing. Red focus point. Red itself is instead a color with a true identity
unique to the human eye. In the life of origin, the point is the "red stop" light, retrieving focus or marking, documenting,
in all recording applications. To also activate the coloring of attention. In culture, however, there is a color of contradiction.
It symbolizes love, hate, life, death, help, etc.

The second is dualistic. A doubled figure of a dancer, a working choreography by Liwia Bargieł. The essence of the work,
however, is not the flawless performance of the choreography by the dancer, because the choreographic structure has
been disturbed by multiple mistakes of the characters. Doubling the projection of the criteria for the "failed" performance
used the shape of a duet, i.e. an apparent organization between two bodies. on the other hand, the gesture of slightly
perceptible dissynchronization of the projection (by half a measure) subliminally outlines the nature of attention.
The theme appears in each of the three works. According to some special meaning, it is a state in which someone is not
the cause of the truth of this "sentence" or the effects of some action. The essence of my work is an integrated analysis
within the body and its management system. Is the thinking body, trained by the dancer, able to go away and find a point
of reference? Does a mistake in another person's body have the power to affect the viewer's assessment of confidence and

The culmination of my search is the last room of the gallery. Three-screen projection of the run of three competitions, as
each race ends with the finish line. In this case it is the red line. In this work, I refer to running as an atavistic and basic
proper form manifested by the movement of the human body. Running was a form of winning, and winning was the only way
to survive. However, the run I propose is a kind of utopia, everyone wins in it all three competitors. So I decide to confront the
viewer with a look of its own kind, and its deficiency. A draw in this situation is tantamount to a lack of benefits and treatment.
Each at the player himself, as well as at the recipient. A viewer looking for solutions is left with only one question. this is the only,
impossible possibility according to the study in the field of combinatorics - an area completely distant to me, curing my curiosity
and special elaboration of the field of formal inspirations. One of the first combinatorial fascinations for me was the probabilistic
definition, i.e. a model for studying the modeling of random experience and assigning them a reasonable probability.
The "Nullpunkt" exhibition is an attempt to study the phenomenon, the (truth) differences and differences between the studied
real phenomena. The lack of solutions instead is a deliberate artistic device focusing the viewer's attention around the problem.
A persuasion to search for meaning and ambiguous answers.
